Well, I was chatting with Jo on MSN and she always tell me that she had her lunch till very full. OMG.. and she said her tummy is big right now kakaka..

Few of my friends said I am getting slimmer than before. Slimmer than before? How do I look like before this? I guess my fattest moment was in 2008 New Year period. I was around 79kg (although my target is to reach 85kg though)…

maybe you guys / girls can practice yoga or pilate. very good for maintaining body weight. pilate are great for tummy n waist!
